The M&A Project (MacLachlan and Ann St), is a twin residential and commercial towers development in the middle Fortitude Valley, Brisbane City.  Constructed by Tier 1 builders Laing O’Rourke, the building will occupy a high-profile clientele including Ergon Energy, Macquarie Bank and Laing O’Rourke themselves who will be utilising part of the 12-level commercial building as their new regional office. The project has made its mark on the Brisbane skyline by utilising slipform for the construction of the residential and commercial cores, the first project in Brisbane to do so in 26 years.  The M&A site covers approximately 6,500m2 and will include a 22-level residential tower with 234 apartments, a mixed use 4-level building and a 12-level commercial building.

DB was awarded the scaffolding package including supply and management of; labour, logistics, design, engineering and consumables.  Consisting of 24,000sqm of scaffold including perimeter containment, cantilever and false work scaffolds.
